Return Policy

1) Any shoes which have been worn OUTSIDE may only be returned for manufacturing defects (at the discretion of The Soccer Center).

2) All Clearance Sales are FINAL.  There are no returns, with the exception of manufacturing defects (at the discretion of The Soccer Center) of any Clearance Items.  Size exchanges are allowed, provided that the shoes/items have NOT been used.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

3) All returns must be accompanied by a STORE RECEIPT.

4) No returns after 30 days from the date of sale (manufacturing defects excepted).

5) Any apparel/items which have had their tags removed or their packaging opened and/or damaged may NOT be returned except in the case of manufacturing defects.

6) No REFUNDS on Check Sales until 15 Days from the date of sale; (Exchanges and Store Credits are allowed).

7) All refunds must be in the form of the original sale being refunded.  For example,

Credit Card Sale → SAME Credit Card Refund or Store Credit,

Cash Sale → Cash Refund or Store Credit,

Check Sale → Cash Refund (15 Days After Sale) or Store Credit (Immediately).

**Please take care to try on your shoes and other equipment (apparel, GK Gloves, shinguards etc..) INSIDE before wearing them to play.  Once these items are worn or used outside/used to play, they can not and will not be accepted for return, except in the case of manufacturing defects.  As with all sporting goods, soccer equipment will eventually wear out with normal use.  Returns cannot be accepted for normal wear & tear.
